EB and PayPal not communicating was created by Scott Ackerman
When registrants register and pay at PayPal the transaction is not marked as completed in EB. I am getting confirmation from PayPal that they are paid but EB still shows them as pending. I initially set the PayPal module to 'test mode' and it worked fine. But after switching to live mode I am not getting IPN from PayPal. The IPN.txt file only contains the one transaction done while in test mode.

Hi Scott

Maybe the reason is because Paypal IPN is disabled in your Paypal account for some reason ? Could you please check and enable it ?
