Event registration errors

Hello Tuan,
I’m getting messages from members who are experiencing glitches with registration. I can’t manage to get registered myself. I either get an error message saying “wrong token” or “invalid code” after I attempt to put in the captcha phrase. I logged out & in again, with no change.
How can I solve this issue?

I have no clue about this issue. What version of the extension you are using ? Any chance you can update your site to latest version of the extension ?
