Registration form not displaying fields

Hi

I have just upgraded my website to the latest version. Nice Job. But the registration form is not displaying the fields anymore.

Can anyone please let me know what is wrong. The upgrade seems to have broken it and I need to get this up and running again ASAP

It seems there are some css conflict here. Could you please submit a support ticket sending us admin and FTP account of your site so that we can check and make it work for you right away !
