Redirected

This booking form has been working fine for 16 registrants and suddenly today it stopped working

The correct website adddress is

cifalscotland.org/index.php?option=com_e...istration&event_id=1

but it is redirected to

cifalscotland.org/index.php?option=com_e...ng&Itemid=1&Itemid=0


A similar form which works is this

cifalscotland.org/index.php?option=com_e...istration&event_id=4



I would really appreciate any help as I can not find the cause

Thank you so much for getting back to me. We found out the problem. The dates of the workshop had changed but we had not updated them in the form. How dumb can you be. Very glad it is solved
