User registration phone number not saving

Hi,
Currently, when a registrant enters the registration details for an event, all the fields are saved except phone number.
The phone number field is showing and is compulsory. You can check the phone number is not saved by either exporting registrants or opening the individual user within the event.

any ideas why?

That's strange. I have no clue about it and this is the first time I heard about this issue. Could you please submit a support ticket sending us admin and FTP account of your site so that I can check and correct it for you ?
