Where is this setting?

In the FAQ, to manage registrants from the front end, it says "Go to Events Booking -> Configuration, find the config option Users can manage registrants from front-end". I have looked EVERYWHERE and this setting is nowhere to be found. What section is it in? about how far down the page? Does the fact that we don't have users log into the site to register for the event (only people that log into the site are our admin via the backend - tho I do have a secret front-end login page for various tasks) make this setting hide?

I am sorry. The tutorial documentation is outdated. Please go to Events Booking -> Configuration, click on Options button in the toolbar. Then choose the groups you want to be able to manage registrants from front-end, set "Front-end Registrants Management" permission to Allowed.

After that, users from that group will be able to manage registrants from front-end.
