register or not?

Recently, my three sites met the same problem!

Registers say they have registerd but there are no their register record in the backend site and database!

It's so strange.
There is no idea where I can check

Please ask them how they registered for the event so that we can check it more details ? Maybe they just enter information in registration form, then when they are redirected to registration confirmation page, they forgot to press the Process Registration button ?
