Terms & Conditions link to open in new window?

Is it possible in the configuration to set the terms and conditions link to open in a new window?

At the moment my Event Booking loses all filled in form data after the user opens terms and conditions as its in parent window setup.

The terms and conditions is designed to be opened on a nice modal popup. Maybe there is some javascript conflict on your site and that's the reason causing the error.

Please submit a support ticket sending us admin and FTP account of your site so that I can check and solve it for you !
