Pending Payment confirmation email

Hello;

is there anyway to set it up so that registrations that are "payment pending" are emailed out to the administrator?

I have had a few registrations where people have put into the comment field that they will pay by cash, then not completed the paypal registration. This being the case I do not see the registrations unless I look into the Event Booking back end.

The ideal would be a time specific setting, such as if a registration is not confirmed by paypal within 2 days, then the email gets sent out.

But I would be happy with the simple way as well.

I think the solution is that you publish offline payment plugin so that users who don't want to pay by Paypal can choose to use this offline payment method and email will still be sent to you as usual. Will that work ?
