Migration issues from 1.5 to 2.5

I found this posting and tried to export the registrants using phpMyAdmin adn then import them into the new site using phpMyAdmin. Although I can see all the applicants in the NEW upgraded site via phpMyAdmin they do not show up in the Events Booking admin under registrants.

How can I fix this?

Maybe the database of the old site uses the different table prefix than the new site database and that's the reason causing the error ?

You were correct, the prefix was incorrect. However when i corrected it, even though the database was correct now and more names now show up in the REGISTRANTS tab, they are not all there. The database has 24 entries while the admin only shows 8. ????

I think it will be easier if you submit a support ticket sending us admin and FTP account of your site so that I can check it for you.

Please note that not all the records from database will be showed. Sometime, users tried to register for event but didn't make payment and the system won't show these records
