waiting list to be registrant

Recently, I have a problem.

For example, I open 'waiting list'
If the registrants' amount is equal to the amount of the number I set
then, the new registrant will be into waiting list

If somebody cancels the event, then the administrator have to inform the waiting list's person
they can to the website to register the event again

However, it is strange.
If somebody cancels,but admin not yet inform the waiting list
other person still can register the event

maybe, waiting list's person can't register forever....

Is it possible if somebody cancels, then waiting list's person can be registrant automatically ?

Is your event free or paid events ? If your events is free, then it is possible. However, if your event is paid event, then it is not possible !

Go to Extension -> Plugins Manager, find and publish the "Events Booking - Move Registrants Plugin" plugin. After that, everything will work as expected

it's so strange

Did you try to cancel your registration ? At the moment, the extension only move users from waiting list into registrants if someone cancel his registration from frontend. However, if admin cancel the registration of a user, the extension won't do the move (that should be changed in the next release).

Could you please test it one more time ?

Because the site requires to register the event without login,
and can cancel it by name and email

So, I change the code a little
maybe, there is something I didn't change.

Now, waiting list's setting is global, if open it, all events can have waiting list
Is there possible
1. each event can decide if or not to open waiting list?
2. each event can decide the waiting list's max capacity?
3. because every event requires data not all the same
maybe it can like personal and group, waiting list can decide which data requires in every event?

I am sorry but in the current version, it is not possible. Maybe you will need to do some customization to the extension in this case.

At the moment, I am working to finish new version of the extension. I might consider adding support for this feature in the future (but to be honest, it doesn't have high priority as the other features) .
