Is there a way to autopopulate the Group Billing Info with information from one of the other members (ie, have a check mark on the Group Member form that says something like "This is also the billing information"? We do a lot of family registrations and it is annoying to have to re-enter everything on the billing page.

At the moment, it is not possible. We are working on new version at the moment and will think carefully about this use case. Mostly I will add support for this feature for the next release !
