New buttons near to register

I would like to put new buttons near to register button. Or just make 1.day and 2.day section. When you read the short description of the event you would navigate directly to the 2nd day program.

Is it possible?

Unfortunately, it is not possible for the extension to do that. It could not know what is 1.day and 2.day section. So I think maybe you should add the link to the description of the event so that users can navigate to the section you want by clicking on that link
