Unpaid cleared registration omitted from CSV file was created by breeze29
Just a question about EB: on our CSV exports, records are being omitted when the credit card payment does not clear. Is this how EB is designed to handle these records or is there a switch we can toggle to include uncleared registrations in the CSV export?

Hi
Yes. If you register for an event, choose online payment method such as Paypal but doesn't make payment , you won't be counted as registrants and won't be available in the export.
So that is how the extension is designed to work. Not bugs in this case.
