Use Custom Fields in Mails

we are very happy with your eventbooking component. Very nice to edit and use.

One question:

We created several Custom Fields via Backend of Joomla, not via components/com_eventbooking/fields.xml.

E.g. we created the field "Salutation" and want to use this one in the mails.

We tried with [eb_salutation_de] but there is only displayed this value, not the inserted content.

Hope you can give me a little help.

Hi Joerg

At the moment, the extension doesn't allow you to add the value of the custom field to email. All the custom fields should be included if you use [REGISTRATION_DETAILS] tag in the email.

If you really want to include individual custom field into the email message, please submit a support ticket sending us administrator and FTP account of your site so that I can try to edit the code to add this feature for you.

PS : working on some big improvements to Events Booking now and will include the feature you are asking for into the next release (2 or 3 weeks) from now !
