Issue with manual add to event

Hello all,

When I try to manually add a registrant, and click on the "User" button, I get the following error.

500 - An error has occurred.

Table 'bud1232512452196.j17_user_notes' doesn't exist SQL=SELECT n.user_id, COUNT(n.id) As note_count FROM j17_user_notes AS n WHERE n.user_id IN (62,80,103,110,87,95,74,114,112,76,78,64,90,106,68,92,105,88,104,86) AND n.state >= 0 GROUP BY n.user_id

I know the table doesn't exist....I can't seem to fix this...anyone encounter this? Any idea how to fix?

I tried re-installing...that didn't work.

It seems this is something related to the Joomla version you are using on your site. Maybe it is outdated ? What version you are using? Could you upgrade your site to 2.5.11 if you are using Joomla 2.5 ?
