Not all registrants included in export

When exporting the registrants it does not export all registrants, the ones included in the group booking are not included in the export...can this be resolved? as I need all information from the group bookings.

Hi Neil

You can go to Events Booking->Configuration, find the config option Include Group Members in CSV export, set it to Yes. After that, you will see group members in the exported result !

Unfortunately I already have that set to Yes but all group members are still not included in the export...something is still not right as I have counted 58 in the backend (even though it only shows 48 as it doesn't give a true count of the group members) but theres 49 in the export....?

Any idea why?

Hi Neil

You are saying that some group members are exported but some other are not ? Could you please check to see users from what groups are not being exported ? Maybe you can send me administrator account of your site so that I can check it ?

I have emailed you, have you looked at this yet please?...also how do I get a true number of registrants on the registrants tab as the group bookings show multiple times
