Amount of group bookings made does not tally with

Hi
When a customer makes a group booking of say 5 tickets, it only deducts 1 from the total available that is shown on the front end event page, so the capacity total showing on the front end and the amount of registrants showing on the front end is incorrect....how can this be resolved?

That's strange. Could you send me the link to booking form so that I can have a look at it ? From what you said, I think you are using Individual Registration, not group registration.

The link is there for both individual and group...when i leave the options in Themes set to show the capacity and registrants and places left on the event page they do not tally when people make a group booking...I have removed them from the site as the site is live and selling tickets now...it was just confusing people....heres the link anyhow.... www.challenge500fitness.co.uk/index.php/buy-your-tickets

Hi, this wont be necessary on this occasion as the client has decided to omit these details from the website now....however the issues still needs addressing as when exporting the registrants it does not export all registrants, the ones included in the group booking are not included n the export...can this be resolved?..does it have any bearing on the group bookings not tallying on the event page as described in the post above?

I answered the question on a different forum post from you (please don't post it in the Pre-sales question forum in the future). Basically, you just need to change a config settings in Events Booking.
