Change number of participants when booking

Hello,

on the side www.lichtundkraeuter.de I have a problem. The customer can not change the number of participants. Actually, you can select the number, enter a different number and then re-save it with the arrow symbols. But it appears the Inactive icon. In the backend I can not see why.

There is the possibility to increase the number of participants by "add further events" on clicks, but no one comes out, since participants will be added and no events.





Can you tell me what I'm doing wrong?

Yes. To solve the issue, you will need to go to Events Booking->Configuration, find the config option Prevent Duplicate registration, set it to No. After that, everything will work as expected !
