Hi Eric
If the bill is the same for all registrants, then you can use event attachment feature in the extension. Basically, Events Booking allows you to choose an attachment file for your event. Then when users register for that event, the attachment file will be sent to their email. Is that what you need ? If so, you can follow the instruction which I mentioned in tutorial document to setup attachment for your event :
Regards,
Tuan

Attachment: Events Booking allow you to send attachment file to registrants when they register for your events. To choose an attachment for an event, you will first need to upload the file to media/com_eventbooking folder of your site first(manually via FTP). After that, the file will be displayed in the dropdown and you can choose it for your event.

Hi Tuan,
I will try this but I'm afraid that this document will be the same for all and I want to set some fields like Billing Fields (Last name, organization, ...).
I'll try and I'll make a feedback here.

Hi Eric
If you want to set some fields like First Name, Last Name ....into the attachment file, It is not possible. The extension only allows you to send the same file (same content) for all registrants.
