Missing info fields in group registration was created by Jake Atencio
Occasionally my users are reporting that when they go to do a group registration only the first name field appears. If you continue with the process entering just the first name, it will complete the registration, but no other information will be collected and it will generate an error that the email field is blank. It will then send all the confirmation emails to the person trying to do the registration. On the back-end, it will show them registered with their first name only, but we need all the info because we use the registration information to prepare name tags and info packets.

It doesn't happen every time, I've been able to reproduce it once. It isn't browser specific, it has been reported in chrome, firefox and IE.

Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.

Hi Jake

That's strange. Could you please edit the event, look at Group Members Field Settings tab, make sure you set all fields you want to be showed ?

I have heard about the issue like that before. So if it is possible, please find a way to re-procedure the issue so that we can find a solution together !

Your answer solved my problem. The group fields need to not only be selected, they need to be visible. On most of the events they were, but on a few they were not, which is why it seemed so intermittent.
