I submitted both a contact email and a support ticket (ID 10183) about this but have gotten no response so am trying here. Three days ago I purchased Events Booking and received the PayPal confirmation. But I did not get the promised email receipt from you with the download link and the product does not appear in My Downloads.
My project is at a standstill until you can help me with this.
That's strange. I did response you via support ticket. You didn't see response from us ? we assigned order to your account . You can access to My Downloads menu item, see your order and download it now !
