Individual Registration - no theme/template was created by Laura
Clicking on Individual Registration and page displayed is white background/black text - not in our joomla template.

What did I miss?

Hi Laura

Maybe the reason is because you unpublished all payment plugins ? If that's not the case, then please submit a support ticket sending me administrator and FTP account of your site so that I can check and solve it for you.
