Move Registrant from original event to another

Here's the scenario
Event A
Event B

All events cost $10
A user registers and pays for Event A
Event A must have a minimum of 5 people to run
Unfortunately there are not enough persons so the site admin says to the users Event B is running would you like to attend this?

Can a registered user be moved from Event A to Event B? (without manually doing it in phpmyAdmin)

If you are using Joomla 2.5 or 3.0 and latest version of Events Booking (1.5.3), it is possible. Just edit the registration record and change it to the event you want
