Problem with registration from formatting

I was setting up event booking to begin using it for the first time. All was going well until now when I click register the registration form appears on a page of its own with no formatting or submit buttons. I have tried uninstalling and re-installing the component but the same problem is happening.

Just realized I posted this in the wrong forum maybe a mod can move it to general discussion for me?

Is there any possibility I could get help on this. I really need to get this working soon and with this registration form problem the whole component is not much good to me.

I have added an image of the event details screen (working fine) and an image of the registration form after I click register.

It seems there is something wrong with the settings. Could you please submit a support ticket sending us administrator and FTP account of your site so that I can solve it for you right away?
