[SOLVED] frontend submission

Hello,

I set a menu to submit an event but when I click on this link my template disapear and I have this page :



IS it a problem somebody already have ? And if yes what can I do to solve it ?

PS: I set a similar menu on another site and there is no problem like that

It seems you disable twitter bootstrap and that's the reason cause this issue. Could you go to Events Booking->Configuration, find the config option "Load bootstrap CSS in the front-end", set it to Yes and try again ?

You're right bootstrap cs was on No but even if I set it to Yes it doesn't change anything, I have the same issue on frontend

Can you tell me where I can set my support for one website or one another ? I have searched to see if I have already set it for one site but I didn't find.

=> That's strange. Could you please submit a support ticket sending us administrator and FTP account of your site so that I can check to see what causes the issue and get it fixed ?

This is not an issue with Events Booking. You are using JCE editor and there is a code error in a plugin of that editor called JB Type. I uninstalled that plugin and it works well now .
