Prev and Next not working in Table View

As a newbie I'm sure this is a simple question, but having now created more than 5 events I find that the "Prev" and "Next" buttons do not seem to be active. The relevant url is -

In my Configuration I have set "Load bootstrap CSS in the front-end " to Yes.

Is there something I need to do?

If I reset the Display # to 20 then all of my events are visible but the number of events will grow beyond what is reasonable for a single page.

It seems there are something wrong with css here. Could you please submit a support ticket sending us administrator and FTP account of your site so that we can check and correct it for you ?
