Some configuration questions was created by Magalie
Hello all
I recently purchased EventBooking, and I must say i'm stunned by its capabilities !
Lost a little bit in all the possibilities, I wonder how to do a couple of things :
I would like to have "members only" registration, meaning only registered members could use the EventBooking facility.
Is there a global setting somewhere to set that up ? Or should this be set up for each event category ?
A the moment there are 3 categories defined as follows :
Cat 1 : Access Level : registered members
¦_ Sub-Cat1 : Access Level :registered members
¦_ SubCat2 : Access Level : registered members
Cat2 : Access Level : registered members
¦_ SubCat3 : access level : registered members
¦_ SubCat4 : access level : special group (comitee members only)
What I would like to achieve is to have Cat1 and all its sub-categories events to be visible from anyone, and only registered members could register ?
And I would also like to have :
- Cat 2 / SubCat3 visible only to registered members, and only registered members could register to these events
- SubCat4 : only visible to a special group (comitee members), and only comitee members can register to these event.
What would you suggest as configuration ?

Hi
Unfortunately, there is not a global config or category level config. If you want to only allows registered users to register for event, you will need to edit individual events, set Registration Access field of that event to Registered and only registered members can register for it.
Regards,
Tuan
