Adding a registration from the backend manually

When I try to manually register someone from the backend, My custom fields do not appear...should they appear? I need them to appear.

Not sure how that would help or not...

When I click on my Registrants ---> New ----> I can only enter the basic information, not any of the custom field show up.

These are my current set-up after someone registers from the frontend and I look at in the back end...

I need those other items to show up...

The reason you can only enter data for basic field is because at the time you add new registrant, the system doesn't know which event the registrant will be added to, so it doesn't know which custom fields will be available for this registration.

The custom field will only be displayed allowing you to enter data when you edit registrant.
