Edit amount paid in. was created by Rick
Hello
How do I modify someones payment amount after they already registered? I have people registered and I need to change their amounts. Also, I have no way to document in my registration system how they paid with a check...for example, when someone pays - I would like to be able type in a confirmation for my records in the system.
Not sure if I explained it very well.

Hi Rick
At the moment, the amount could not be modified. It is calculated based on the event price and also what users choose during their registration. In the next release, I think I will make it possible to edit the amount, but for now, it is not possible.
Unfortunately, the extension doesn't have this feature.

Thanks for the response. Modifying the amount in the backend would be a very useful feature. For example, I do give some registrants a discount just to get them to sign up. Or I may have someone pay less just because...If I cant modify the amounts, then I have to keep track of all registration information on an excel spread sheet...which is double work..

Have you tried manually via phpMyAdmin? Look at table YOUR_PREFIX_IF_ANY_eb_registrants > total_amount, discount_amount and amount :side:

Thanks Petter...that's exactly what I have been doing. In another registration component, I had the ability in the backend to make the changes and loved that feature.
