Where's the payment form!?!

I setup an event at www.cdgc.org (Event Registration --> Test MAO). I can register for the event just fine, but cannot get the events registration to actually ask for a payment. I have sent several emails to support, but haven't received a response in over a week. Starting to get frustrated.

Not sure why you didn't receive our responses but we did replied you via email. For the reason it doesn't ask for payment, I am sure that it is jut something wrong with the custom fields. Please submit a support ticket sending us administrator account of your site so that I can check it for you right away.
