Duplicate registrations is not functioning

Seems that I can register forever on a single event even when the prevent duplicate registration is enabled. Please help!!

At the moment, the extension can only prevent duplicate registration if you are logged in when you register for the event. I believe you are not loggin in and you can register for the event more than one.

We are working to improve it and will have it available in the extension in about two weeks from today. so please wait for us.

The improvement you are referring to, will it allow for this function to work without having to create a user account and logging into the site?

Yes. With the new improvement, the extension will check based on email of the registrant, too. So it will prevent the same user( has same email) to register for the event twice .
