Re: User File Upload - EVENT BOOKING

In the config settings there's a control for: Attachment File Types that has the description "Enter file types which users/administrator are allowed to choose for events".

I am hoping this means that in some way, i can have a custom field where people can upload images/files. Example would be that we require logos and member photos with association registration online. Currently DT Register has this function and we want to move away from them...unfortunately I need an online registration software that has this.

So, is there something like this available and I'm just not seeing it? Is this on the development list?

Unfortunately, that setting is used for adding attachment to event (registrants will receive this attachment when they register for the event).

At the moment, the extension doesn't support File Upload custom field, so you won't be able to do it. We will adding support for this feature in about one month from today.

This feature is not supported in the extension yet. Mostly, it would be supported in version 1.6.5 which we should release it in about two weeks !

You can already create File custom field types to allow users to upload file for you while registering for your events

Yes, it does. This feature was available from quite long time ago
