Problem with PayPal and Event Booking

We have serious problems with EB and PayPal. PayPal does not send back the payment to EB. We get the money to our PayPal account but there will be no registration done in EB.
Have anyone any solution to this?

I have the same issue and I don't know where I have to start investigate. After payment in paypal test mode or paypal live mode they don't send back data about registration. So in administration there is no information about payment.

Funny is a have testing site on on third domain and primary website on same server. Testing site is works in both testing modes and primary one is not sending data.

There are some reasons can cause this issue :

1. Your site is protected by a security plugin like RSFirewall or Admin Tools Pro. Usually these plugins blocked Paypal IPN messages and causes the issue. If your site uses one of the above plugin, try to unpublish them and try again.

2. IPN is disabled in your Paypal account for some reasons. To check this, could you please login to your Paypal account, access to History-> IPN History to see whether there are any IPN messages? If Yes, what are the status of these messages ?

Thank you for quick respond.

1. I don't have RSFirewall and Admin Tools Pro. Only from akeeba is backup. I checked just in case the plugin section and nothing is there like those one.

2. Before check, does the paypal event booking plugin work with paypal sandbox seller (business) account and test the pay from another sandbox account?

I tried to upload the IPN php file and link that. I understood that I have to write the URL to IPN file in seller paypal account, correct? Like www.awareconsultancy.com/components/com_...oking/ipn_paypal.php

As well I am still confused what I have to write in paypal setting for Notification URL. Not sure if it must be the .php file or return file (registration compete with details)
