Hi Tuan,

how is it possible to allow user registration only for registered and logged in users?

When I activate "User registration integration" new accounts are created when they register, but when an existing customer isn´t logged in and uses a not the email he registered with (cause he doesn´t remember), a new accout is created and I have two accounts for one user.

I need to force the user to login or register to the site before he is able register to an event - how can I do this?

Thanks

Nobs

Hi Nobs

The solution for now is that you edit the event, set the Registration Access attribute of that event to Registered so that only registered users can register for the event.

I will consider adding support for this feature in future releases.

Hi Tuan, is this option already available? It would be good if unregistered user could see the "register" button for each event but if the user clicks on it and is not "logged-in" he gets redirected to the login page.

Hello Marc

Just set Registration Access of the event to Registered and see how it works. For public users, the system will display a message like You need to login to register for that event. There will be Login link there which allow users to click on to Login and after login, they will be redirected back to the event and see the Register buttons there

Hi Tuan, unfortunately I tried this already. I set "Show User Login" in the config to "Yes" and changed the Registration Access for the Event to "Registrered". Unfortunately the login link those not show anywere. Not on the Event Overview and not on the Event Details Page.

Do I do something wrong?

Many thanks for your great support over the years.

Kind regards,Marc

Hello Marc

Could be something with language item override. Could you please submit a support ticket sending us:

1. Super admin account of the site.

2. Link to the event page

I will check to see what's wrong here and get it sorted

Regards,

Tuan
