Adding text to menu item

i am using the Event Categoy lists for my menu item. Of course all that is pulling from is, the categories I put into the Event Component.
I would like to add a description to the top of the category list.

the menu item is called workshop, but it pulls from Events Categories list.


How can I do that?

If you want to add text to that page, you will have to edit code. Look at the file components/com_eventbooking/views/categories/tmpl/default.php and you should be able to add the text you want.
