Event Booking Quit Sending Emails

Using the Event Booking component (Event Booking version 1.4.4, J1.5) and have set it up to send Messages to the administrator and users for completed registration, the administrator does not receive any of the emails (we are sending to multiple users), but the user who signs up for the event does receive their emails. The users are shown in the 'Registrants' tab, so we know that registration is successful, but the emails to the admins are NOT being sent.

The email addresses do exist and the emails are not in a SPAM folder or TRASH folder.

What would be the cause?

Is there no solution to this problem?

Maybe you entered wrong emails ? What do you enter in the notification emails field ?

The emails are correct and valid because we use the same emails to send information via the contact form online.

In this case, please submit a support ticket sending us administrator and FTP account of your site so that I can check it for you directly on your site.
