Minicalender shows past dates

Hello there
I im almost done building my page but i just realized something. Even though the event booking plugin is set to hide past events, the minicalendar on my front page still shows events the are over. Is there any way we can get the minicalendar to not show the events that are done?

At the moment, we don't hide the past events in the mini-calendar. The reason is because the calendar allows users to navigate between months/years to see events of a month, so I think you should hide it.

If you want to hide it, you will need to customize the module yourself.
