I was having a problem with the group registration feature. Even though I had it activated for my event it was not showing up on the front end. After asking Tuan he quickly told me to Disable the Shopping Cart feature and it would work. He was right. You cannot use the cart and group registration at the same time. I set "Activate Shopping Cart?" to "no" and everything is working perfectly.
