Registrant is not receiving event confirmation and we are not receiving any email notifications. There are no error messages.

Please give me detailed information. What payment method you are using ? Do you see the registration records from back-end after you completed the registrations ? What are the status of the records ?

Registration is save and can be seen and access via the control panel.

In this case, I believe there are something wrong with the Mail Settings of your Joomla site. Did you receive any email notification when someone register for an account on our website ?

I think in this case, you can submit a support ticket sending me administrator account of your site so that I can login to check the settings for you.
