Collecting payment for multiple venues

Our website is for the national headquarters of our group. We have chapters in multiple cities in the US. We currently use EB to schedule paid workshops in San Antonio (headquarters). I am creating pages on the site for each of our chapters. Is it possible to use multiple versions of EB on the same website? I would like to be able to list workshops for each city on their own page as well as have the payments go directly to the paypal account of that particular chapter when a user pays for a workshop.

I think you won't need different instances of the extension in this case. Try the solutions I suggest below :

1. For each chapter, create a category in Event Booking. Then when you create categories, events of that chapter, assign it to that category.

2. Create a menu item to link to the category layout of Events Booking (or categories layout if you want to display event categories belong to that chapter). In the menu parameter, please choose that category. The idea is that when users access to that menu item, they will only see the events (categories) belong to that chapter.

3. For each event, look at Advanced Settings tab, there is a field allow you to enter Paypal account you want to receive payment when users register for that event. Simply enter that chapter's Paypal account into that field.

Thank you for your reply and tips on how to make this work. One additional question: Is there a way to set up the list of registrants in the admin page so that each chapter could log in and only have access to view registrant info for their chapter? I would not want them to be able to actually edit any info in the backend, only view their registrants. I'm thinking that I may have to export the list of registrants to a csv file and email it to them, but if there's another way, please advise. Thank you.

At the moment, it is not possible. When you login to back-end of your site, you will see registrants from all events. So maybe in this case, you will have to find someone to help you to customize the code. It should not be hard for someone who know programming.
