It seems there is some css on your site template causing this issue. Could you please send me the link to the page so that I can have a look at it and guide you to solve ?

Hi Frank
I just had a look and found out the reason. You used modal css class for your image and it causes the issue. That css class is defined in your template css file templates/js_wright/wright/bootstrap/css/bootstrap.min.css
In this case, there are two choices :
1. You remove the css class modal from the link tag in the image.
2. You update the administrator and FTP account of your site to the support ticket (it seems you changed it) so that I can ask a template developer change the css to get this issue solved for you.
Regards,
Tuan
