Event Booking Failing in Windows 8

I wrote to Tuan about an error we are having with Event Booking and users who have Windows 8.

Is anyone else hearing from registrants who are having errors?

We had to disable Event Booking until we get a solution. Customers go to register for a class and once finished the are to proceed to the payment area which actually redirects them to the home page.

Hopefully Tuan will be along soon.

My last event has 112 registrants and no problems. But nobody in Germany is using Win8

This issue is strange. I don't have Windows 8 installed here, so I am not sure I can check it. Maybe you can talk to me via Skype, then share your screen so that I can see this issue ?

Haven't heard any customers having issue like that before.

Hi, I am also receiving complaints from users who all seem to be using windows 8, they are attempting to register for events but are not able to.

Could you please ask them about the details error message they receive so that I can check it more details ? just saying that it doesn't work will make it very difficult for us to find out the reason and get it corrected !

This is what I have been told so far.

Customer said he was previously able to register for 2 events without problem, he followed the same steps again to register for event but on the 3rd time was unable and received an automated email afterwards saying that ' he had not registered for the class'.
