Event Booking Numbers Don't tally Up

Hi there,

I have events booking component installed on my clients site at kent cricket board.co.uk

They are telling me that they are having problems understanding who has booked on what event as the system is not doing what they expect.

For example:
The Event "One Day One Game" at kentcricketboard.co.uk/courses?task=view_event&event_id=23
In the summary area in the backend it says there are 44 people registered, yet when you look at the registrants tab there are only 3 people registered. Also they are receiving payments that dont seem to tie up to the numbers either.

Any help how to trouble shoot this is greatly appreciated.
