Display list of registrants

Hi,

I want to have a menu option on my site which, when selected, lists all of the members who will be attending a particular event and the values of mandatory custom fields that they entered when registering. This page would be open to the public to view.

Is this possible?

Hi Ian

This is not possible. However, there is a different way to allow users to view registrants of an event. Basically, you can config the extension so that when users view an event, they will see a link to view all registrants of that event like on this page eventbooking.joomdonation.org/index.php?...&event_id=2&Itemid=4 (click on view list link and you will see a popup windows which display registrants).

That will work for me! But I cant find where to configure it?
Under Themes there is a setting "Show List Of Registrants" but it doent make any difference.

Great to hear that you found out it. For someone who has same question, here are instructions :

1. Go to Events Booking->Configuration

2. Click on Options button in the toolbar.

3. In the popup screen, choose the public group. set View Registrants List permission for that group to be Allowed.

After that, it will work as expected .
