Not all registrants are coming through

This website www.georgiaautismconferences.com has been using the Events Booking software and it is up to date.

However, not all the registrants are coming through. About 20% do not come to the admin and then we have to sync up through the backend. Do you know of a fix for this issue?

Could you please explain more detail about it? What payment gateway you are using ? This is the first time I heard about this issue.
