Hi, I have read the documentation/tutorial available on the link

to learn how to allow users to add/edit events on frontend, I have search for the option "Users/Groups can add events from front-end" in the whole configuration pages but could not find this option, you may find a screenshot of our Event Booking admin area.
We need to allows users/groups to be able to add new and edit events from frontend, please get back to me as soon as possible.

goto Configuration. Then klick on Options. There you can adjust all user rights.
