How does group registrations work?

Hi,

I turned on registration per group on my event, but when I click on register, I can only set the information for one member of the group. If I set the quantity as 5 for example, same thing.

I read that turning the cart feature on might be the reason it is not working. Is that right?

Furthermore, in order to test this, I turned of the shopping cart in the configuration of EB, but the cart is still there. I also disable the cart module, but whatever I do the cart is still there.
Any hints?

Please follow the instructions below :

1. Go to Events Booking -> Configuration, find the config option Activate Shopping Cart feature, set it to No.

2. Go to Events Booking -> Configuration, find the config option Collect Members Information in Group Registration, set it to Yes.

After that, everything will work as expected.
