Cannot get the Location Map to Display

When I add an event location, the system calculates the latitude and longitude correctly but when you clcik on the location link in the event booking field no map is displayed. A pop-out screen appears and it says "...loading" but nothing happens. Please can anyone tell me how to get the loaction map to appear? Many thanks in advance.

Maybe there are javascript conflict on your site and It causes the issue. Could you please submit a support ticket sending me administrator and FTP account of your site so that I can check and solve the issue for you?

Thanks for your help. Ticket submitted but the problem no longer exists! The mapping works fine in Chrome and IE and now also Firefox. Sorry for troubling you.....
