How import entries and events from another EB ?

Hi,

how can I import entries and events to an event booking 1.4.2/ Joomla 1.7 to version evetn booking 1.5.2 / joomla 3.
I just made a new version of my site with the latest version of EB and I just want to retrieve events and registrations.

Hi

It is simple. You can simply export all database tables related to EB (tables with _eb_ prefix) from your Joomla 1.7 site database, import it to Joomla 2.5 site database. After that, install latest version of EB (version 1.5.3 released few days ago) to your Joomla 2.5 site and everything will works as expected.

so the structure of the tables of EB 1.4.2 is the same of the tables of EB 1.5.3 ?

It is not really the same. But the extension adjust the structure of database automatically when you upgrade from old version to latest version.
